Court Experience Survey

Have you been a victim of a crime that resulted in one or more people being charged by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS)? Tell us about your experience.

The Victims’ Commissioner is currently conducting research exploring the impact of waiting times and delays in the court system on victims, victims’ services and the wider criminal justice system.

Victims Commissioner quote
As part of this research project, the Victims’ Commissioner wants to hear from victims across England and Wales.

The survey is anonymous and open to victims whose crime resulted in charge by the CPS, regardless of when the crime took place or whether the case is still ongoing.

The survey only takes five minutes to complete and closes 12 September.
